I needed a repeat blood test and within a short time of contacting them I had an appointment.  They also remembered an issue I had at a previous appointment (my issue not theirs) and accommodated this without me even asking. I’ve recently started using Kent Family Medical for blood tests while undergoing IVF treatment, and I’m so grateful to have found them. I’d been struggling to find somewhere locally that could offer the blood tests I need with same-day results, and the whole process with Kent Family Medical has been incredibly efficient and straightforward. Charlotte in particular has been wonderful — always so warm, friendly and professional, and she makes every appointment feel completely effortless. When you’re having regular blood tests as part of fertility treatment, having somewhere local that you trust and where you know you’ll be looked after makes such a difference.
